The Cadillac Ranch!!!

We stopped in Amarillo at the famed Cadillac Ranch. And, if you've never heard of it or seen it you're really missing out! This turned out to be one of our favorite stops along the journey. It was super cool! There are 10 Cadillacs representing the "Golden Age of American Automobiles" buried nose down in a bleak wheat field off of Route 66 in Amarillo. We didn't know this at first but graffiti on the cars is encouraged. We didn't have any spray paint (at first) so we took a sharpie marker to write on the cars. Later we realized some spray paint had been left by other visitors so we took advantage and truly graffitied some of the Cadillacs! It was so much fun it was hard to leave.
